I’m 77 years old and I’ve been diagnosed with ocd. Mine consists primarily of heart anxiety ( I had heart attack in 2002 and then vtach in 2022; had to be airlifted both times. I didn’t have “typical symptoms “ of an attack in 2002. The vtach episode was more anxiety producing; it also had virtually no symptoms. So I have ocd/anxiety about my health. I seek reassurance frequently, even though my cardio doc says I’m okay. Add to this my constant rumination and I can become a train wreck in a short time. I have so many ocd books and I’ve been treated multiple times with both therapy and meds. I’m considering your book. I’ve tried ocd associates and…
